Emmanuelle (Emm) Duglas

Emmanuelle Duglas (Emm) has over 15 years’ experience in research management, business development, data analysis and interpretation, and stakeholder engagement in the Australian higher education sector. 

  

She joined the Moira Clay Consulting team in 2021 and brings extensive experience in strategic planning, policy and practices, and the development and implementation of institution-wide strategic initiatives. Emmanuelle has successfully designed programs and frameworks to build research capability and support research growth in multi-disciplinary settings, implemented university-wide consultations (including reviews of large and complex research centres), and facilitated research development, partnership, and engagement opportunities.   

 

She takes an evidence-based approach to solving complex problems and enjoys working with research organisations to develop strategies to improve performance, achieve growth and increase research impact. 

 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from the Université Lumiere Lyon 2, France and has also done extensive independent training in entrepreneurship and corporate innovation, two areas she has particular interest in.
