Susanna Wills-Johnson

Susanna Wills-Johnson (Suze) has over 20 years’ experience in the education industry, gained at small medium and large organisations. Her roles have primarily been in the corporate marketing, strategic communications and reputational management space. Suze’s most rewarding experiences have involved working on start-up initiatives, developing new teams and helping established organisations navigate periods of uncertainty.

She is at her best, and happiest, when working in a values-aligned environment and solving a complex organisational problem or working on a new initiative; she joined the Moira Clay Consulting team in 2022.

Classically trained in philosophy and with a Master’s in Business Leadership from Curtin University, Suze brings theoretical knowledge and practical skills in critical thinking, problem solving, ethics, communications, community engagement, marketing, leadership and cultural diversity to the workplace.
